Endorsement Inquiry

hi, i was wondering if anybody could help me. I'm already a US RN but currently still in the Philippines. I took and passed the vermont nclex and i want to get a Illinois or Washington license via endorsement. Can i process my endorsement outside of US?
yes, but you need to contact the Board of Nursing in the state where you intend to work. They have a process. I imagine you can contact via email if you check out their website.

What is the fascination with Phillipine residents moving here to work in nursing?

Do you have a SSN? You can't get a license by endorsement without it.
