Why are there no nosocomial prevention categories on this site?

All current categories seem important, but where does our lives enter that priority? I have seen estimates of nosocomial-infection deaths as large as the 4th biggest killer in the US. Who knows? Who cares? I do. There has to be more than just washing hands as an adequate cure. (nococomial shows up as a misspelled word, ha ha)
