Cardiac Flowsheet Help Please.

Hello there.

I am trying to find a better method for documentation (before I computer chart my information). I'd love to have a flowsheet of some sort to help me out, maybe one that someone has already worked on before and believes it helps. I'm mostly looking for one based on Cardiac, and telemetry, but all responses would be greatly appreciated.

You mean when you are doing your asessment? I have a very basic one that I have used for years and one this girl at my job uses that is similar to one many of them use. It is a little involved for me, but she is a new nurse and after a while Im sure she will get over needing all that. If you want me to email them to you them private message me your email address.
