You can try websites like: http://cme.medscape.com/Otherwise, whenever there is something to do that I don't know how to do, I will ask to watch (in the facility, I mean)

READ, READ, READ. 24/7 books, journals, internet, even TV (which is viewing, not reading, but interesting and informative)

I too am a new grad with no job and no prospects, and I returned to school for my BSN, I also read my notes and watch real life medical shows on TV, like life in the ER, etc, I am afraid of the same thing, by the time we get jobs I won't remember anything, it's not the theory, its the clinical things that scare me, i was trying to remember the steps for open suctioning the other night and had to hit my notes.

You can use youtube to keep your skills fresh. you can learn everything that you learned in your nursing program and more. Gain knowledge on how to use a G-tube, folic cather, clean a trach, etc. youtube is home to everything. listen and pay attention to the videos. you can learn so much.
