Hi , I would like if somebody can help me with nursing questions. I would like someone to explain me what is the key and to what I have to pay attention when answering the NCLEX questions.Please help me.
If you are preparing to take the NCLEX, surely you have graduated from a nursing school that has resources for NCLEX questions? Did you take a NCLEX study course (standard for most institutions)" If you are not a graduate, you likely do not need to be focusing on NCLEX at this time.

Get some NCLEX study guides. Reading the questions and the rationales for the answers will help you to understand the questions a little better.

Yes, thank you your reply, but on the exam the questions are in the nclex style or case study, and what I would like if it is possible to explain me what I should pay attention to when answering those question.

What kind of study guide is better, I mean what book?

Why not check out the student forum, especially the general student nurse discussion forum and the NCLEX forum?

I am about to take NCLEX myself and I have a book of 4000 NCLEX style questions and the Kaplan book that teaches you how to read the questions. Both are great, but since it's your first semester you don't really need to be concerned with all that right now...

If this is your first semester then your instructors will be giving you NCLEX type questions and information until you graduate. Listen carefully.

Your professors should be teaching you how to best answer NCLEX style questions throughout your curriculum. Also, if I remember correctly, the NCLEX study guides have a section in them about interpreting and answering these questions. I remember the Kaplan and Saunders study guides being most helpful when I was in school, but make sure you stick to topics that are being discussed in class or you will likely get overwhelmed. Focus on school right now instead of the NCLEX, and get as much experience as you can during clinicals. Never be afraid to ask a question, and keep on asking if you don't understand the answer. If you don't pass your classes, you won't have to worry about the NCLEX. Good luck to you though!
