Interview.....Pay for new psych rn?

Hey everyone. I have a interview tomorrow and was wondering if anyone has an idea of pay for a independent behavioral health RN? It is not affiliated with a hospital, and is for profit. It is located in SC. I am afraid they are going to ask me for a figure, and I don't want to be to far off. Thanks for any help. Wish me luck! Its my only call so far....

indipendent means no benefits here in south florida is about 35 plus differentialswith benefits its about 27 i think ... not sure

I would have no problem saying between 45 and 55 a year.

Unfortunately new nurses don't normally get asked much about salary as the hourly/salary is usually pretty much set "in stone" at most facilities for new grads, unless u did an internship or externship at the facility after graduation (them pay may be slightly increased).Good luck on your interview!
