Patients boyfriend gets naked

So I'm working noc shift on a surgical floor and I'm caring for a 19 year old woman who had had neck surgery the day before. Her boyfriend comes to the floor to visit around 4 am which I felt was a strange time for a person to visit. I'm making my hourly rounds and doing vitals and I go into the room and this guy has removed...all of his clothes and is buck naked in bed with the patient. It is obvious that there is more going on that sleeping. Any one ever encountered this and how did you handle it?
One time I had a male patient and a female patient that met at the hospital. They would say they were going out to smoke but they were going out to his car and having sex (according to her and the security guard that caught them). Both of them had the same doctor and it was very uncomfortable to have to call him at 2am and tell him what his patients were up to. The really bad thing was that the male patient was HIV positive and we could not tell the female patient.

I have worked as a tech on a pediatric floor one night. After I have opened the door to one of the rooms, I have cought the parents in a compromising position. Their sick infant was sleeping in the crib next to their bed. I have just shut the door behind me, without entering (of course). I don't think they have seen me. I told the primary nurse what has happend and she said there is nothing she can do about it.

Unfortunately, I have. Was working night shift in the ER and enountered boy/girl, naked on a cart doing the you know what. When I asked what they thought they were doing, they stated they thought they had time because we made them wait too long.

I once walked in on a 14 year old female patient masturbating her 15 year old boyfriend. The BF mentioned to me (as I escorted him out) that this was a several times a day thing for them.

Call security... seriously? When my ex-girlfriend was in the hospital, her nurse encouraged me to sleep in bed with her. My ex asked her about patients having sex and the nurse said there were no grounds to judge them on it as long as the room was not shared by another patient. Are there guidelines on this? Honestly, I could see sex being a really good idea for some patients.

As a CNA, I worked at a LTC facility where I was told that a man would come in occasionally and rape his wife. She had a stroke and was paralyzed and could not speak, but her eyes told everything a person needed to know. The tears would flow after her husband left. There were 3 other residents in the room. They had to put up with this. He would close the door and pull the curtain around her area. The nurses would act like "see no evil, hear no evil, etc." but they could certainly talk about it. A few years later, guess who ended up as a resident in the same facility? I actually heard some of the nurses stating what they had in store for him and what kind of care he was (was not) getting. They were being vicious about it and said he deserved every bit of what he was getting. At least the poor soul, that was his wife, did not have to endure his "husbandly" rapes any longer. He could not get to her room.

If underage...Do something...If both are of age...Turn around, walk away, close the door, and chart what you saw...

Until last summer, I worked in a pediatric burn unit. (Now I work in an ER.) Our unit was small, only six beds. When we had a patient, one parent was asked to stay, but the other parent had to either get a hotel room or stay in the Ronald McDonald house until visiting hours started at six a.m. Our patients had their dressings changed in the "tank room" across the hall from the rooms and while they were in there, I would go in and change their linens. I went in this one room while the child was getting her dressings changed. I heard the shower running and figured that mom was in the shower. I started changing the linens and began to hear the obvious sounds of something other than hygiene happening. I finished up and got the hell out of dodge! About twenty minutes later, both mom and dad came strolling out to go to the cafeteria. I guess shower sex in your infant daughter's hospital room really makes you work up an appetite.
