How often do you get "low census" days off?As the flu season is tapering down, it looks like our patient census is dropping. Fine by me, but now after we have worked extra hard and have done more with less over the past 3 months, we are occasionally being told not to come in due to low censusMultiple Job Offers as a New RN.
