Sometimes I have no clue what to pack for cold lunches for work. If I don't have leftovers I never know what to bring. Sandwhichs get so old.

1 I want to ask everyone here what they consider the lowest turnover specialty to be.
Where staff stake their tent, and stick around for a good long while.
I equate low turnover to = high job satisfaction.

13 He was 84. He came in with a long list of problems, but sepsis was the big one. His pressure tanked suddenly, but we couldn't bolus too aggressively 2/2 CHF. By the time we got pressors he brady'd down and lost his pulse. We coded him for 25 hop

I did a search on the internet but could not find anything. My girlfriend will be graduating with an MSN but wants to go onto NP school now. We were wondering what, if any, hospitals in Ohio will pay for NP school if you work for them as an RN

Okay. Brand new nurse, but finding that this seems to be a catch phrase for nurses and finding it a tad frustrating. Everything is labeled critical thinking. Some of this prioritization is personal preference from what I can see. One nurse prioritize
