Survey re: nursing perceptions of adequate staffing

1 Could you help me by completing a survey regarding nurses' perceptions of adequate staffing after finishing a shift of work sometime between now and July 31, 2011? The survey is for RNs who provide direct patient care in an inpatient hospital setting.
This is part of a project I am working on as a component of my Masters of Nursing degree in Nursing Business and Health Systems at the University of Michigan.
