Nursing Math Tests for jobs

Has anyone taken the "basic Math test for a CHW hospital? what did it entail?

I took one for Kaiser and it was tough. You could only miss 2 and you are out! I missed 3 and they wouldn't hire me. I have never flunked one before. Now I am workied about the test for CHW?
