Communication in Nursing by Julia Riley

I saw this book in a bookshop "Communication in Nursing" by Julia Balzer Riley 6th Edition. I want to ask if anybody use it as a textbook or applied the principles in their respective work area. I got this doubt whether owning it will help me in regards to deal to my patients and colleagues.
