Nursing School Project.. HELP!

Hi..

I am a first semester ADN student and we were assigned a group project, where we have to do a Concept Map.... and our group was assigned Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD)... Does anyone know of any really good sites, where I can find Journal articles etc. talking about the disease... Things we have to have on the project are: Impact of diseas, Modifiable & NonModifiable risk factors, Signs and symptoms, diagnostic procedures, teaching plan that would help the family cope... And the instructors are wanting the main area to be focused on is the Elderly....
