Does reviewing previous courses help before going back to nursing school?

Many of my classmates and I don't remember the material we've learned in the previous 3 quarters (pathophysiology, med surg, pharmacology, etc...) We are going back to finish the 2nd half of the curriculum and were thinking of reviewing everything - will this help? Any suggestions?
Well it never hurts to be prepared. I would definitely go over pharmacology.

Does reviewing ever hurt?

Comment:
Absolutely. You need the material for NCLEX anyway, and if your school gives a comprehensive exit HESI exam. It's never too early to start studying previous semesters' material for NCLEX.

I'd recommend using a NCLEX study guide to review for your classes and clinical as well as for boards. The more time and familiarity you have via the study guides I think will aid you in school and with boards! I think that is a wise investment!
