recommend nursing journal

Can anyone out there recommend a nursing journal that i can subscribe to? I did subscribe to AJN some time ago and thought it was interesting, but just looking for something new. Thanks
I always enjoyed, 'Nursing'.

Thanks, I will definately look that one up. I'm still looking for a job as a new graduate, and want to stay up to date with what's happening and such.
