interview with a staffing manager?

so a little over a week ago i had an interview for a pca job in a ccu. i was really excited about it and i think the interview went well. i got a call from HR yesterday asking if i am still interested and if i could come in for an interview with the staffing manager next week. obviously that is good if they want me to come in again, but if i am meeting with the staffing manager does that mean i probably got the job?

anyone ever gone back for an interview with a staffing manager or something to that effect? ive already met with HR and the NUM. what could i expect from this next interview? when i asked the woman in HR if i should bring anything specific with me, she told me i could bring my resume and anything else i would like to show her... just wondering, and anxious.
They may want to see if you will be a good personality fit and just drill you a little more...JK! Good luck! Take ownership of the job!

I say your chances are pretty good. When I interviewed for my NT position, I first interviewed with HR and they asked me generic questions (tell me about yourself, what are your strengths and weaknesses, etc) and also asked which areas of nursing I was interested in (what type of floors I would like to work on, basically). Afterwards the HR rep called the floor manager who came down and got me, then I interviewed with her. She asked me 3 generic situational questions and then I was hired. Chances are you will be asked situational/behavioral-type questions to see if you are a good fit. Good luck!

update: interview was awkward. definitely not my best. turns out the original position i interviewed for had been filled but they wanted to reinterview me for a prn float position, which i would like-- more experiences in different departments! but i dont know what happened, i was in the mindset of this other position and not completely prepared for this. i got nervous, and the person who interviewed me was more... serious, to the point, authoritative than the last two people i interviewed with (the other ones were to the point, but i felt more at ease and laid back with them). i just got all frazzled and was talking in circles for a bit, had trouble coming up with answers to commonly asked questions like "what does team work mean to you?" and "what are your strengths?". i feel like vomiting now. lol. i dont think my chance is totally blown, but i dont feel as confident as before. please send good thoughts my way!
