Best critical care/emergency nursing books?

Hey guys and gals! Im a recent grad who just passed boards and I am going to be leaving the country at the end of march for a year. I won't be practicing as a nurse, I'll need be more of a paramedic type while im over there. I was just curious. About any good recommendations for books while I'm gonna gone that will keep me from being so rusty when I get back. ER, Critical care are my area of concentration. Thanks for the feedback!
