Help Allnurses Interview for Peds Urology Clinic!

I have an interview tomorrow for a peds urology clinic, and I wanted to best prepare myself, and get as much information as I can regarding this type of specialty.
So anyone who has worked in this area, can you please share with me your expereinces, maybe what type of questions I could be asked regarding this area.

Normally I like to have more time to research and prepare for interivews, but I applied this weekend for this job, the HR screener called me today said she would pass on my info to the department manager and I should hear within a week, 2 hours later the manager called me to set up an interview for tomorrow!

I am really hoping for this, I currently work peds ltc, night shift only 0.6, this job is $2 more an hour, days Mon-Fri 0.8......ahhh the thought of real people hours.

So I really want to rock this interveiw, any information or suggestions is welcome!
