back to patient care nursing

I worked in bedside nursing for about 5 years, and utilization review/management for about the last 5 years. I just finished up my BSN and really looking to get back into some sort of patient care position. I am worried I may have trouble getting my application passsed clinical HR (as I did with just my ADN). Do you think I've been "out" of acute care to long to return?
