What school is best?

I have been admitted to Cal State Los Angeles pre-nursing program and I was admitted to UCI but as undeclared (I applied for the nursing program but I did not get in). I do not know what school to attend! I love UCI but is it hard to transfer into the nursing program? How many students are admitted into the nursing program at UCI (if you can answer it)? Does the prestige of the school matter for nursing? I do not know where to go!
