Prioritizing nursing diagnoses

Hey guys, I need help with prioritizing the nursing diagnoses I have.

Impaired skin integrity - 2nd degree laceration during labor
Pain - pain pre-epidural
Disturbed sleep pattern - during hospital stay

Is the order I have it in good enough or should I switch pain with impaired skin integrity?

Is this a post-partum mother? I ask because you have "pre-epidural" on your pain diagnosis.Also lacerations don't occur so much during "labor" as during delivery.A 2nd degree lac isn't too bad and the pain of it is probably well-managed by her oral analgesic.I would prioritize between skin & sleep.

You can't go wrong using Maslow's hierarchy. I would think pain is first..take care of that and the others will fall into place.
