nursing

i have an interview question which i can't come up with a great answer for.

[color=#333333]what are some ways that you feel that [color=#366388]nursing[color=#333333] can become more professional?

i would probably say continued education but that already exists with more nursing getting higher nursing degrees and ce credits. any ideas?
That's a tricky question I wouldnt have come up with your answer if I was asked. I mean the questions is asking a nurse how she could make her nursing skills more professional. In that case by using what she knows and making the most out of it increasing her knowledge in it and keeping an open mind to all new information. I guess.
