Hi all,

Can you recommend any good books to read about dealing with stress at work? I'm a new grad and slightly overwhelmed with anxiety so any good books would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Every shift I'd go home, write on a little note pad "Things to learn" based upon your shift experience, and follow through on your days off. No one can remember everything, and being a new grad, you'll need to do some self study to boost your confidence in areas you are weak in.Imagine a person trying to lose weight. Anyone who has ever done this a legitimate way (healthy diet and exercise) knows it takes continuous effort over a long period to see that 1 pound slide off into 2 pounds into 3 and so on. In much the same manner, your mind requires a similar work out. Go ahead, try it, read up on a topic for an hour each day and see how you feel.
