Nurse license website

When i was in nursing school, we were told this website you can go to and lookup a nursing license and any convictions he/she may have. Does anyone know this?? We have something HUGE happen toa nurse in our hospital that was convicted. nobody knows anything...wondering if it is there. (Yes i am nosey, but she was the "nursing icon" of our hospital. She was nominated for all types of awards at our hospital).

yes, it is the board of nursing website...license look up. That being said, you are a nosy busy body. I know it is public info. but I guess the way you worded it made it sound like you are gossiping and aren't very trust worthy. I could understand if you were a patient of this person or you were a supervisor or something; but I get the feeling you are neither. But, that's my opinion; to each their own. Just something to think about.
