University Hospital Nursing

Hi, i'm not sure if this is the right forum but i was curious if anyone here has experience/knows about working as a nurse at a university hospital. say, for example, IU health bloomington hospital or upenn hospital. would you be able to take classes there for free like employees of the school can?
i'm not specifically targeting those schools but i am interested in continuing education in other fields since it's so hard to fit in another major or even minor while you're in a 4 year bsn program.
