1199 pays for education??

hey everybody, quick question... how long do u have to work for 1199 before they pay for further education?? i started my new job on this april... is it too early??
i don't know but i have two bits of advice: 1) ask the union rep, and 2) please don't use txtspk, it's hard to read what you write. (tos)

Assuming you are referring to SEIU 1199 ... tuition reimbursement and other benefits are negotiated into the contract of an individual hospital. You will need to check your facility's contract.
