Nursing on a Native American Reservation

My family is moving to Fort Defiance in the near future to live and work on the Navajo reservation. I see a lot of old threads regarding the facility but would like to know if anyone has any new insight as they can share regarding their experience on the rez?

I would especially love to hear from anyone with families who lived on the rez.
