What collar is nursing?

Do you think nursing is a white collar, blue collar or pink collar profession?
Oh, my, here we go again!We had a thread on this not long ago.....do a search and you'll see the huge list of posts, everyone weighing in on their reasons for choosing one or the other.

Don't you wear scrubs? There isn't a collar. Just a crap ton of work. Who cares white/ blue, go to work And get the job done. New nurses are the bottom of the barrel in the hospital setting and we wouldn't rate a collar if there were designations.
