Nursing Diagnosis Book

Hey everyone, student RN here.

I recently just bought a new nursing diagnosis book because the one our school recommended was crap. So far just browsing through it I can tell it well organized and simple to understand. The one I researched and bought had very good reviews but the copyright date is 2008. There is a new edition to the one I have. So I want to know if having a older edition will hurt me and should I just get the new one. Anyone ever use or currently using an older edition diagnosis book for nursing school?
