What nursing modality/method do you use in your hospital or unit?

We have different methods or management patterns that we utilize in providing patient care. These are primary nursing, functional nursing, team nursing, total patient care etc.
In your hospital or assigned area, which of these do you utilize? And which among these do you prefer?

In the hospital where I am currently working, we use primary nursing in medical ward which is the busiest area, in ICU we use total patient care of course and the rest of the areas we use functional nursing.
