plasma center nursing

Hello All,
Recently interviewed with a plasma center in Northeast Ohio. I was a former employee as a phlebotomist a few years ago and came back to looking at this company, unhappy with my med/surg floor job. I was curious, are there any other Plasma Nurses out there who want to discuss salary? The position is for LPN or RN, as an RN any idea what a pay I could expect would be? I have 2 years of previous experience at this company and 1.5 years of nursing experience. I know a few years ago the center I worked at in Minnesota was 18 bucks or so an hour?
I have 4+ years experience as a RN (1 year in tele, 2 + years in SNF (sub acute), and 6 months in acute rehab as a supervisor.). I recently interviewed with a plasma center and accepted a job. At this current job they offered $32 with annual reviews which can lead to increases in salary.
