nursing assessment before interviewRating: (votes: 0) The ones I've experienced are videos or paragraph descriptions of a scenario and you respond with what would you do. If you have prior experience, the scenarios are a bit more challenging but hardly. It's nothing you shouldn't know... they're more like medical emergencies and the facility wants to be sure that: if you see a patient is flatlining, you'll check the leads, check for responsiveness, check a pulse, call for help, and begin compressions. I dunno what kind of scenarios there may be for a SNF but I hope you got my drift. |
