Dual State license

Ok this might of been covered and i have been lookign on the internet but cannot find it, i currently work in a hospital in Iowa boarders Illinois(not a compact state) i was told that in the near future scence we own hospitals in both states they are going to require us to have a license for both states... my question is if they are gonna require it for a state i do not live in do they have to pay for it science it is not a compact state? (sorry for misspelled words i am a bit dyslexic) if anyone out there knows anything i would like to know or if i should just grab my license now befor they require it?

Many people work for multi-state hospital corporations and have licensure only in the single states where their individual places of employment are.If you aren't working in in Illinois, you don't need an Illinois license.
