recommended nursing journal for students?

What nursing journal(s) would you recommend for nursing students? I know there are specific journals for areas like peds, OR, etc, but is there a good general nursing journal out there?
I've been reading AJN and Nursing since it was Nursing 1970 (and then 1971, 1972... until they left off the year) when I was an undergrad. RN is also a good general mag. People make fun of the AJN because some of its research articles are overwritten and obtuse and some don't like the political updates, but it is our professional organization's official publication, and students ought to be aware of it.
