Any Nurses work in Organ Procurement?

Just want to know what you think of it, how you like the 24 hour call, and any other useful information.

A little background:

I have been an ICU/ER nurse for 5 years. I have always been passionate about organ donation. Unfortunately, I had to face it close up when my son was killed in a level 1 trauma MVA. Will this hurt me in the selection process?

Still, organ procurement has always been my dream job. Any suggestions for the interview? (If I get one)
