Too much anxiety to practice nursing

Hello all, I've never posted before. I used to be an LPN and loved it. Long story made short... I left the floor for approx. 3 years after an illness and obtained my RN in the meantime. I went back to a medsurg floor for 5 months but it was to hectic for me and I could not keep afloat. I then went to a SNF and did fine there but wasn't happy there. I love nursing but I'm terrified to go back to the floor. I feel like I have lost my skills. Like I'm a new nurse again. Just the thought of having to hang blood and stuff scares me... I guess I feel like I never got really good training . I went back as an RN where I did my LPN and I kind if feel like I was "thrown to the wolves". Now I'm terrified to be a nurse.
You can express your concerns to your boss or you can look for a job outside of the hospital setting..hospice, home health, schools, etc. If the hospital setting is too overwhelming there are other options.

I would love to go back to a hospital I just wonder if I could find one that would give me an orientation that isn't "minimized" since I have had my RN for a little over a year. I just don't feel I have had the appropriate training that a new grad would have had because of my circumstances.
