Educating bedside staff

Hi everyone,

I'm a PNP student and have been tasked with putting together a formal presentation on a topic in pediatrics and then making an activity to help test knowledge, with the idea that a bedside nurse has no more than 20 minutes max to give you for education (lol, and that seems like an overestimate on some days!)

I've been playing with the idea of doing a type of Jeopardy game, but wanted to know if anyone else has anything more creative/fun?
On our last education day, we did a Minute to Win It between lectures. One was a crash cart scavenger hunt. (As seldom as crash carts are opened on peds- it was a hit). Another was a 'Find the Errors on the Syringe Pump' activity. We had a written order for a drug and the pump had four errors in set-up, drug library etc. Another was a Room Safety (ambu set up, crib rails down- that type of thing)I should not have to tell you that the prizes were all chocolate-related!
