Non floor nursing

Hi everyone. I am an RN who graduated 2 yrs ago with ER experience . I love taking care of patients but I have quickly realized that floor nursing is not for me. Are there any nursing jobs that doesn't require to be on the floor?
Tons. Floor nursing is only one small nursing role.

Suggest you tool on over to the ANCC website ( ANCC Certification Center ) and check the Wikipedia list of nursing specialties ( below) to see the list of certifications available to nurses. That list alone will open your eyes to the horizons out there! I don't see several others, so for that, you go to the big yellow band at the top of the AN page and click on "Specialties."
