RN in LTC going to clinic job

Just wondering if any RN's switched careers from LTC to working in the clinic. If so, how was the stress level compare and contrast between the two fields? I currently work in a LTC setting, but I am going to apply for a job in Women's Health. Any comments or advice is always welcomed!
