Floor Nursing

Hi I was just wondering if anyone else feels the same way i do, I hate floor nursing?!?? I did it for about a yr.
I worked inpatient tele/post-interventional cardiac for a couple of years. I enjoyed my work, but hated my job, if that makes any sense.

Floor nursing is all about delivering excellent customer service. It's crucial that everyone is kept satisfied and happy at all times. Patient, family, drs, OT, PT, XZY.. Except the nurse, who cares how they feel!

Big resounding yes- Floor nursing sucks.
