Head/Brain CT results

I recently had a head/brain CT done and my results came back fairly uneventful. There is one tidbit that I find somewhat disturbing. "Mild atrophy for patient of this age and sulci along the convexity are mildly prominent which is consistent with atrophy. What does this mean? CT was performed d/t frequent headaches and frequent "twitching on left side of head"
