Nursing Leadership On the Unit

I'm attempting to work on my leadership skills as a nurse on the unit as I'm going to soon be in charge of a unit change project. Can anyone tell me a scenario you observed at work where a leader was in charge of a change? What did the nurse do well? What didn't you like? What would you have done differently?
