creativity in nursing practice

I saw medical staff have a sense of creativity.
what do think we should have to enhance our creativity in nursing practice. ????

You're not being specific enough for examples. Even if you were, you need evidence for a master thesis, not anecdotes from faceless usernames on AN.

I agree with the other posts; it is difficult to answer your question without an example. You stated that you saw medical staff creativity. Give some examples of what you have seen.

I've read examples of using small bore NGs as Foleys, or using tape instead of an IV stand.Is this what you mean?

Seriously I dont know exactly what creativity can be in nursing practiceI tend to share ideas together
