No acute care rn

Hi fellow nurses,

i have avr been working as a rn for four years in a snf, two years on the floor and two years as Mds coordinator. I have applying for four years in acute and other specialty area but I was never accepted. Any input how can I be accepted in acute or dialysis, I am starting to get tired trying...
