Outcomes management is an important area in the nursing field. It is important that we are ensuring the best outcomes for our patients. With that being said, I have come up with some questions posed to anyone:
1. How has outcomes management effected your unit and daily practice?
2. What is done to reinforce the new practices that are created from outcome management?
