Reality vs. Validity in Nursing Research

Those are 3 different things.I think you need to do a a little more thinking and then clarify your question so that we can provide a decent answer.Validity = Does your tool measure what you want it to measure?Reliability = Does your tool measure the thing it measures consistently?Levels of measurement = What type of data does your tool provide? (nominal? ordinal? interval? ratio?)Edit: Now I see your title doesn't say "reliabililty." It says "reality." What do you mean?
