Stay in Okinawa or go back to the States to pursue Nursing

We are currently stationed in Okinawa, and we have a decision to either stay here for 1-3 years (and save a lot of money+ travel) or get orders to the States and pursue Nursing school as a second career. My husband is in the Military, and I also work for the federal government. We have three young kids.
Right now, most American markets are way over saturated with new grads. The majority of new grads are taking months if not years to find a job. In my opinion, this situation will not resolve in the next 3-5 years.
