UHG Healthcare Decision Support

I have a telephone interview today with UGH for a position as a Healthcare Decision Support coach. I have seen a lot of threads about RNs who work as Case Managers for UHG/Optum, but is I am curious as to how this position will differ from a CM. I have applied with them many times, and have never gotten this far in the process, so any input would be great. Also any idea on pay/salary?
