Temporary nursing help

My husband works on the road and I had hoped to be able to travel with him taking temporary jobs for a month or so at a time. Is this even possible? I hold an RN nursing license in Pennsylvania. He is usually working near larger cities like New York, St Louise, and Detroit. I am just not sure how to get my questions answered. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
