About Nursing courses

I'm Dr capt GBS Madan, running nursing institute since 1989, oldest in Punjab state, giving training for MPHW,RNRM & BSN. We also provide training for IELTS & NCLEX & have very good name in this field.
I want to get advice as i'm going to start new nursing courses :-
Diploma in practical Nursing-2 yrs
Certificate in Practical Nursing-1 yrs
Diploma in Nursing assisstant-2 yrs
Certificate in Nursing assisstant- 1yr course.

Is these courses are similar to LPN?
After doing one of thes courses will that student can do job as LPN or any other relative job.

Please give me advice.I'l be very Thankful to you.
